The process involves checklist based review of work performed by upstream processes. It acts as a checkpoint to ensure compliance with all prescribed business guidelines.
Job Description
The QA/Production associate is required to check all critical/non critical elements of the work performed by upstream processes and highlight/report out gaps which may require feedback/remediation.
Responsibilities
Conduct Quality checks/validation as per agreed guidelines, timelines and sampling methodology
Maintain required accuracy on validation of all critical/non critical elements of the business
Maintain required scores on calibration activity
Recommend corrective action for repeat errors
Publish error impact analysis and other reports as required
Participate in required meetings with the LOBs
Provide inputs for process improvements
Requirements
- Education:- Graduate
- Certifications If Any:- N/A
- Experience Range- 0-2 Years
- Foundational skills
- Typing skills – 20 WPM with 90% accuracy (mandatory)
Knowledge of Mortgage life cycle (preferred)
Good analytical skills
Ability to learn and grasp things quickly
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to work in teams and deliver under pressure
Should be open to working in any shift as per business requirements - Desired skills
- Ability to contribute additional value through process/business improvement ideas
